Pick a side on NVDA.
One token, one stock pool, one session a day. Trading tax becomes Nvidia. After the close, the whole pot goes to the side that was right.
1. What this token is
SIDES lives on Robinhood Chain, paired against tokenized NVDA, not ETH. Buys and sells are quoted in NVDA on the Pons curve, then a locked Uniswap pool after graduation.
Creator tax is charged in NVDA and sent to the SidesDesk contract, not a personal wallet. This site is the desk. Stake, lock, settle, and claim all live onchain.
Tax and pairing cannot change after launch. Nobody can raise the tax later, and nobody can reroute the pot to their own address.

4. How to pick a side
Stake SIDES into Long camp or Short camp. Staked coins cannot be sold.
One address, one camp per session. To switch, unstake first, and only before lock.
After 15:30 ET you cannot add, unstake, or jump camps. You cannot flip in the last half hour.
Holding without staking earns no share of this session’s pot. You can still trade and feed the tax.
Unstake before lock and this session’s claim disappears immediately.
5. Who wins
Only the tokenized NVDA oracle. SIDES going up or down does not settle the session.
Open: 5-minute TWAP from 09:30, so the first tick cannot spike the print.
Close: 5-minute TWAP from 15:55 to 16:00.
Close > open: long wins. The whole NVDA pot goes to Long camp.
Close < open: short wins. The whole pot goes to Short camp.
Absolute move under 0.05%: push. The pot rolls to the next session. Stakes unlock.
The SIDES / NVDA rate can rip and it still does not change the result. You are playing the stock, not the meme.
6. How the stock is split
Your NVDA = session pot × (your stake / winning camp’s total stake).
Example. Pot is 20 NVDA. You staked 50,000 SIDES long. Long camp is 2,500,000. NVDA closes up.
You receive 20 × (50,000 / 2,500,000) = 0.40 NVDA. Short camp receives 0 shares. Their SIDES come back in full.
Wrong side: zero stock. Your SIDES principal remains.
Winning camp is empty: the pot rolls to the next session.
No extra SIDES are minted. The stock comes from trading tax, not printing.
7. Explicitly forbidden
Changing camps, unstaking, or hopping to another address after lock.
Sitting in both camps in the same session. The contract allows one seat.
Overriding the oracle with the SIDES chart, a USD print, or after-hours news.
The creator raising tax, swapping the pair, or pointing the pot at an EOA after launch.
8. How both roles coexist
Traders buy and sell in the SIDES/NVDA pool and feed the pot. They do not have to pick a side.
Pickers lock coins into a camp and wait for the close. They eat stock contributed by traders, not another points token.
The book does not dry up because everyone is locked: someone has to trade for there to be tax, and someone has to pick a side for the tax to have a destination.
9. Risk
SIDES can go to zero. Staking does not guarantee stock.
You are exposed to both the SIDES rate and NVDA itself.
Tokenized stock is not legal share ownership. Issuer and jurisdiction risk apply.
Contracts are live on Robinhood Chain. Read the token and desk addresses before you sign.
